internet constantly cuts out. customer service claims nothing wrong. Cant get known better provider because of "lakeland territory" crap. overall, overpriced and worthless

charges small towns way more for internet that constantly slows down and cuts out.

Horrible company. Service for Internet cuts out constantly. You seek help and customer service reps blame it on the customer. Nice. Annoyed with service drops I thought maybe upping to 25/10 would be better. Even worse. But they get to charge me extra for it. Yippie. Several techs came and claimed "everything going appears to be fine". They found the same results at the office. Played phone tag, made several attempts at some sort of credit and constantly got passed around. Dropped back down to 10/1 because it was actually more consistent for cheaper. Stopped complaining since it was a big joke and I have no other options. Finally with 3 kids taking online school it became an issue again. Sean came out and did the same thing now that he did back in july. Stating they made improvements to their system. Now a brand new modem suddenly works when it didn't solve the problems in July. He actually said I thought the problem was fixed because you stopped calling. Urg! So now that I have decent internet (so far) I am told a brand new modem is $130, that's 30 dollars more than the one I originally bought a year and a half ago. Plus a $50 service fee. When I called that wonderful customer service department they stated that Sean's charges haven't come through yet. They are allowing me to split the cost of the modem over the next few months. Inquired why the service charge this time when no other time expecting them to just remove it. She actually said and I quote. "We could go back and bill you for every time we came out" I told her that's bad service and very spiteful and she just said we wouldn't actually do that.....urg. Can't wait to move and get better options.

Whats frustrating is even with that I max out arount 24, 25.....when everyone is the civilized world gets at least 50, for half the cost...

I think they are a great company. Chris is awesome and is very helpful. With any company you can have all these issues. We used to live in the cities and had the same problems with Comcast. They are going to do fiber optic soon so we're excited. Going to cancel our cable soon!

I agree with most of the issues above. My service doesn't cut out, and can handle the massive amounts of streaming going on (4 kids 16, 13 and 9year olds among them). We stram 100% of our television vewing. But that has little to do with them, its because I bought a belkin wireless rounter and buildt a wireless bridge to improve the capabilities.
